I couldn't find Don't Lokk Back on the web. But there is Town Bloody Hall - which is a film of a debate between Norman Mailer and Germaine Greer about feminism. Note the style. Note the way thatthere is NO NARRATION - no voice over - it tells the story only in a series of montages and in editing. Nothing is explained. This is showing not telling. You need to do the same with your Fly on the Wall. Note all the visual styling, the hand held camera, the sudden zooms and use of autofocus switched on and off, lens flare, etc, etc, etc.
