YEAR TWO - lecture screening tomorrow
Here's a good talk about the Paris Commune of 1871 (the birth really of socialism, anarchism) which links the themes of idealism, hegelianism, marxism, communism, zola, germinal, nationalism, anti-semitism, zionism, political violence and the origins of the contemporary ideas of left and right. It is very good lecture on this topic from Yale University in the United States of America.
